I’m Justin, a land acquisition specialist who works directly with vacant landowners across the United States. I was born in Seattle, Washington, and I’ve wanted to own and work with land since I was a child. I grew up loving the outdoors and spending time in nature. I liked that land could be many things — a place to build a home, hunt, explore, or simply leave untouched. That early connection is what sparked my interest in land ownership.

Before real estate, I played football as a college and professional athlete. I worked hard at the sport and learned a lot from it. But I chose to step away from football so I could follow my long-term goal of working with land. Football taught me discipline, effort, and how to keep my word. It showed me the value of preparation, respect, and consistency. Those same values guide how I work with people today.

Over time, I faced many of the same challenges landowners face now. Markets changed. Prices rose. Some properties were far away. It wasn’t always clear what the right next step should be. When I was ready to buy land, many areas had become too expensive, and owning land required a more thoughtful approach.

That experience shapes how I work with others. Many people hold land during times of change and must balance long-term plans with current responsibilities. My role is to help make those choices easier by explaining options clearly and letting people move at their own pace.
