Are you a scam? No. This is a real business. Every sale is handled by a licensed title company and, when needed, an attorney. I never hold your money. The title company handles all funds to keep you safe and protected. This means the process is legal, secure, and done the right way.

Is my information safe? Yes. Your information is private. I do not sell it or share it with anyone. Your details are only used to review your land and talk with you.

Are there any fees or commissions? No. There are no agent fees or hidden costs. I cover normal closing costs, and the title company handles the paperwork.

Why shouldn’t I list with an agent or sell it myself? You can list with an agent if you want the highest price and have time to wait. I offer a simpler option. No agents. No fees. No showings. I handle the paperwork and closing so you don’t have to.

What if I owe back taxes on my property? That’s okay. In many cases, back taxes can be paid at closing through the title company. We can talk through your situation and see what makes sense.

What kind of land do you buy? I buy vacant land in many areas, including rural and residential lots. Every property is different, so I review each one case by case.

What is your approach as a buyer? I take a value-first approach. That means giving clear information, answering questions honestly, and letting you decide what works best for you.

What factors determine land value? Land value depends on location, size, access, zoning, and market demand. I look at all of these before making an offer.

Are you buying land for other countries or large companies? No. I do not buy land for foreign countries or big corporations. When I buy land, my goal is to keep it in responsible hands. If the land is sold later, I try to sell it to local buyers and avoid large companies or foreign owners whenever possible. I believe American land should stay with people who care about it.

Do I have to sell if I ask for an offer? No. Asking for an offer does not lock you into anything. You can review it, ask questions, or decide not to move forward. There is no pressure.

When will I receive an offer for my property? About 1 - 3 days. Once you submit your property details, I will review your land and the area. You'll then receive a call or email from me within a few days.

What will you do with my land? My goal is to keep land in responsible hands. When possible, I keep the land. If thats not an option we reach out to our pool of local buyers. I do my best to avoid large corporations or foreign owners whenever I can.

Are there any hidden costs or fees? No. There are no agent fees or surprise costs. I cover normal closing costs, and the title company handles the paperwork.

Are we the right fit for you? If you want a simple sale, clear communication, and no pressure, we may be a good fit. If you want to test the market or wait for the highest price, an agent may make more sense.

How long does closing take? Closings usually take a few weeks, depending on the property and title work. The title company keeps everything on track.

Are you wholesalers? No. I am a direct buyer. I do not buy land on behalf of other countries or large corporations.
